St. Mary’s Landing reminds me of “The Halfway House” when it was located at the Rt.5/Rt. 235 intersection. I was told at the bar that the name came from the location, which was halfway between DC and Point Lookout.

The owners of st. Mary's landing owned the halfway house. They sold it and that's where Wawa's is, Mona and Billy are the owners of st. Mary's Landing. and that is true that is the halfway point between DC and Point Lookout

Is this restaurant still open?

How's their breakfast? My family and I love some good homemade breakfast!

Is St. Mary's Landing Restaurant having a 2018-2019 New Years Party?

They might be hosting a band that night, but you would have to call to be sure. Really, I wouldn't be surprised if they closed early so that the employees can get home to their own parties.
